Location
Located in a rural area of the Syracuse province, the Casa Bianca represents the meeting between the rural area, the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside and the maximum comfort of furnishings defined in detail. A completely white building in typical masonry dominates the entire district where it is possible to find the typical Mediterranean vegetation. Olive groves and succulent plants frame the structure which rises in an imposing but harmonious way over the rest of the area. The Casa Bianca is a contemporary villa that enjoys an exceptional view of the countryside and the sea from Syracuse passing from the Oasis of Vendicari to the southern tip of Sicily (Porto Palo) and the island of the currents.
How to reach La Casa Bianca
The villa is located 3.5 km. (5 minutes by car) from the center of Noto, the emblematic city of the Sicilian Baroque and UNESCO heritage, and 7 km (9 minutes by car) from the Oasis of Vendicari, and 2 km from the beaches of the Lido di Noto. The property where the Casa Bianca is located is an olive grove of 16,000 square meters, with centennial plants from which a high quality oil is produced.

Ancient warehouse renovated in housing composed of a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room with a sofa bed. The warehouse structure has been preserved outside and opens onto a delightful small garden surrounded by olive trees. The interior has preserved the ancient walls, the wooden beams and the entire worktop is covered with authentic Caltagirone tiles.
